Mr. Ludtke has over 25 years of experience in business development, financial management, negotiating, international partnership agreements, and managing strategic acquisitions. He also has an extensive background in corporate structuring, financing of public offerings, merchant banking and private asset management. Mr. Ludtke has a diverse range of experience working in ownership, director and management roles with a variety of organizations including a private asset management company, an integrated computer software/hardware company, an oil and gas services company and a sales and marketing company. Mr. Ludtke has been involved in completing over $2 billion USD worth of international real estate transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Administration degree with a major in Finance from Concordia University, Canada. |
