Mr. Bayne leverages his broad range of market development experience, offering our clients strategic advisement and access to an international network of advisors, lenders, buyers and partners. Most recently, Mr. Bayne was the President of Nexus Financial Consulting Group Inc., a consulting firm specializing in corporate structuring, financial planning, international tax and non-traditional investment vehicles. At Nexus, Mr. Bayne established new business opportunities and developed key partner alliances in many key industries and business sectors worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta, Canada and a Master of Divinity in Communications from the Canadian Theological Seminary.
