In the 21st. century hydrogen is projected to become a primary energy source in the automobile, engine and transportation industries. Many people do not realize that hydrogen is a highly combustible gas that can power internal combustion engines without the pollution associated with traditional fuels. With environmental sensitivities increasing, innovative solutions are required immediately.

Arcadia has developed a patented process to operate combustion engines on a 70% water (an abundant source of hydrogen) and 30% fuel mixture with minimal emissions. In this process, water and fuel are emulsified and hydrogen and oxygen are produced prior to entering the combustion chamber. This method of "on-demand" hydrogen production eliminates the dangers of handling and storing of liquid hydrogen. As this application builds on proven internal-combustion engine technologies, it will take significantly less time to become commercially viable than competing technologies (i.e. the fuel-cell).
