Arcadia's Mass Hydrogen Generation Production System is a unique patented process that is on the leading edge in the development of the most significant alternative energy source available worldwide: water. This revolutionary new process is designed to mass-produce hydrogen and oxygen from water.

There are really only two methods of producing hydrogen: "steam reforming" which uses natural gas to produce hydrogen and "electrolysis" which involves separating hydrogen and oxygen from water. Steam reforming makes up about 90% of current production but it is dependant on the price of natural gas and produces large amounts of CO2 . CO2 emissions are a significant problem and have been shown to be one of the major sources of global warming.

Our Hydrogen Generation process could eliminate over 2,000,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emitted into the atmosphere in North America every year. Significant progress could be made in meeting the emissions reduction required by the Kyoto accord by employing our process to generate hydrogen instead of steam reforming natural gas. Arcadia has secured the rights to a technology capable of low cost/mass production of hydrogen.
