With the official opening of our office in Korea by the end of 2003, Arcadia Financial Corporation will be in a position to commence several real estate development projects. Our management team has spent the last two years compiling a list of potential development opportunities and putting in place partnerships and associations with local builders, architects and developers. Arcadia has put a project development management team in place, with oversight responsibilities, that will operate as our representative during these projects. Their objective will be to maximize the economic value and return on our investment while minimizing the risks. We are very excited about the opportunities these associations have presented to Arcadia and its investors. From our base in Korea we expect to expand into the Chinese marketplace in 2005.
